Job summary

Streamline Search Ltd. is recruiting an experienced Warehouse/Stores Supervisor for a role in Sidcup, England. The successful candidate will lead goods-in, stores and despatch, ensure accurate stock control, and support ISO audits in a busy manufacturing environment.

Key duties include coordinating deliveries and dispatch, maintaining records in the Omnis MRP system, and driving continuous improvement in warehouse operations. A UK driving licence is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience as Warehouse/Stores Supervisor.
• Experience with ISO audits or QA support is a plus.
• Full UK Driving Licence preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee goods-in, stores and despatch operations.
• Receive and check deliveries with paperwork accuracy.
• Despatch parts and finished goods to customers/service teams.
• Maintain stock levels and records including regular stock checks.
• Support Quality Manager and senior management during ISO audits.
• Prioritise daily tasks with Production Manager and manage shortages.
• Organise dispatch with Service and Sales teams.
• Keep stores clean, tidy and well-organised.

Our client is a leading UK-based manufacturer.

On behalf of our client, we are recruiting for an experienced Warehouse/Stores Supervisor to join their team. The successful candidate will provide day-to-day leadership for the goods-in, stores and despatch functions.

Warehouse Supervisor – Responsibilities:

• Work closely with colleagues in the stores, office, and workshop as part of a team
• Receive and check deliveries, ensuring correct quantities and paperwork
• Prepare and despatch parts and finished goods to customers and service teams
• Manage stock levels and maintain accurate records, including regular stock checks
• Pick parts and materials according to Bills of Materials for production
• Support the Quality Manager and senior management during ISO audits
• Work with the Production Manager to prioritise daily tasks and manage shortages
• Communicate with Service and Sales teams to organise the dispatch of goods
• Handle returns or rejected parts and liaise with the Quality Manager
• Keep all records and systems up to date, including stock logs and registers
• Ensure the stores area is clean, tidy, and organised
• Monitor and maintain plant and equipment used in the department

Warehouse Supervisor – Requirements:

• Good computer skills: Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and MRP stock management system (Currently Omnis)
• Electric Forklift truck experience
• Full UK Driving Licence (Preferred)
