Job summary

Fareham Introduction Saab UK is seeking a Stores Operative to support inbound stock handling within Saab Seaeye. You will receive goods, process MRP-driven stock, pick orders and ensure accurate packing and labeling for courier shipments.

You will maintain stock locations, perform general stores duties, and follow safety guidelines to keep the yard clean and safe while supporting KPI reporting and warehousing efficiency.

Qualifications

• Previous Warehouse or Stores experience desired.
• Previous experience of working at height is required due to nature of this role.
• Previous Experience with ERP Systems.
• Experience with forklifts desirable.
• Enthusiastic and hardworking.
• Willing to learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Receive goods and materials.
• Process stock inwards and assign locations.
• Pick Work Orders and Sales Orders.
• Pack and ship orders to customers.
• Organise and retrieve stock.
• Maintain stock accuracy and report discrepancies.
• Follow COSHH and manual handling guidelines.
• Ensure crates and packing materials are ordered timely.
