Job summary

XPO Logistics in Bradford is seeking a Stock Administrator to join a busy operation. You will manage stock movements in SAP, tackle discrepancies, and support inbound/outbound activities to hit OTIF targets. The role runs on a 4 on 4 off, 12 hour night shift (6pm–6am).

You'll handle reporting, data analysis and record-keeping while complying with health, safety and quality processes. A proactive, detail‑mocused approach and strong IT skills are essential.

• Strong communication and organisational skills.

• A proactive and curious approach to problem solving.
• Ability to analyse data and work with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience within logistics, transport, warehousing, or SAP systems would be advantageous.

We're looking for a detail-focused Stock Administrator to join our busy operation. You'll play a key role in managing stock accuracy, SAP transactions, transport schedules, and warehouse systems, helping to ensure excellent service for both customers and operational teams. This role is on a 4 on 4 off shift working 12 hour shifts 6pm-6am.

We're offering a salary of up to £28,000 plus a night shift allowance, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, the option to buy additional leave, company pension, cycle to work scheme, employee discounts, and excellent development opportunities.
