Job summary

Great Bear, part of the Culina Group, in Chorley is seeking a Warehouse Shift Supervisor for a full-time role. You will support the Shift Manager in daily warehouse operations, ensuring service targets and safety standards are met. Salary is £30,986.77 per year, with flexible weekend coverage as needed.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm, rotating shifts. The ideal candidate will lead the warehouse team, coordinate activities, and maintain high housekeeping and performance

Qualifications

• A high level of attention to detail.
• Must be a team player capable of working on own initiative.
• Excellent time management skills and problem solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Shift Manager in coordinating warehouse issues.
• Supervise warehouse staff and supervise functions.
• Ensure timely completion of all warehouse activities.
• Communicate plans with Operations Controllers to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies.
