Job summary

Great Bear, part of the Culina Group, is seeking a Warehouse Shift Supervisor for their Markham Vale site. The role supports the Shift Manager in day-to-day running of the warehouse, ensuring targets, safety, and housekeeping standards are met.

Working hours are 4 on 4 off, days 06:00–18:00. You will lead the warehouse team, coordinate activities, investigate incidents, monitor performance, and help develop staff while maintaining strong customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Support the Shift Manager in coordinating warehouse activities.
• Lead the warehouse team to meet service and cost targets.

• Schedule and supervise warehouse staff.
• Ensure timely completion of activities and 100% customer satisfaction.
• Maintain Health & Safety compliance and housekeeping.
