GXO Logistics in Scotland is seeking a Warehouse Shift Manager for the Bellshill site. The role leads daily operations, motivates colleagues and ensures targets and service levels are met in a fast-paced environment.
You will line-manage warehouse and transport operators and drivers, ensuring training and compliance, and coordinating with other departments to maintain strong customer relationships. A full-time role with standard hours.

Here at GXO, we are looking for a Warehouse Shift Manager to join our team on our Scotland Gateway contract at our Bellshill site, you'll play a key role in motivating and being a proactive individual to support the day-to-day operation, ensuring performance targets, service levels, and customer expectations are consistently achieved. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in driving operational excellence, developing colleagues, promoting a strong safety culture, and building effective relationships across the business.
This is a full-time, permanent position, working Monday - Friday 08:00 - 17:00.
