Job summary

GXO Logistics in Scotland is seeking a Warehouse Shift Manager for the Bellshill site. The role leads daily operations, motivates colleagues and ensures targets and service levels are met in a fast-paced environment.

You will line-manage warehouse and transport operators and drivers, ensuring training and compliance, and coordinating with other departments to maintain strong customer relationships. A full-time role with standard hours.

Qualifications

• Experience within a busy operational environment, with ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Demonstrable experience of leading and developing a team.
• Good verbal and written communication skills across levels.
• Well organised with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operation, lead and motivate the team to meet daily performance targets.
• Line manage warehouse and transport Operators and Drivers, ensuring training and compliance.
• Liaise with other departments to manage customer relationships and timely issue resolution.
• Promote health, safety and environmental practices and address performance gaps.
• Collate and input statistical information for reports.
