About the Role

DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business, is seeking a Warehouse Shift Manager to coordinate daily logistics requirements. The successful candidate should have comprehensive knowledge of supply chain management practices and a strong understanding of warehouse procedures, including storage and dispatch of volume orders and goods.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist operational management by initiating, monitoring, and reporting on warehousing activities and staff performance during your shift.
2. Manage and implement productivity improvements by communicating job expectations, monitoring stock movement, and ensuring deadlines are met safely and efficiently.
3. Track and trace orders using digital in-house tracking software, maintaining accurate records.
4. Monitor recruitment levels and initiate staff training, maintaining up-to-date records in line with company policies.

Candidate Requirements

A recognized qualification in Supply Chain Management or Logistics is preferred.
