Join us as our Transport Operations Manager, for one of our customers based in our Bellshill depot. You’ll drive profitability and operational excellence for our transport function through efficient fleet management, effective traffic planning , and lead safe/compliant, high ‑ performing operations by embedding robust Health & Safety practices. This is a great opportunity to provide leadership to our operational teams, drivers and through coaching, clear communication, fostering a cross-functional operation.
This is a full time, permanent position with contracted hours of 37.5 per week (Monday to Friday: Days, with flexibility for business needs).
We’re looking to offer a salary of up to£50,000 per annum (dependent on experience), and 33 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays). Your benefits package includes a company sponsored pension scheme, life assurance and access to our benefits platform, including retail discounts!
