GXO Logistics, Inc. in Leeds is seeking a Warehouse Shift Manager to lead day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring safety, accuracy and productivity. You will oversee teams across rotating shifts, manage handovers and resource planning, and drive KPI performance while supporting HR activities such as RTWs and investigations.

The role requires a proactive leader with strong communication skills and a commitment to continuous improvement in a fast-paced distribution environment.6

• Proven experience leading teams in a warehouse or distribution setting.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills to drive KPIs.
• Proactive mindset focused on safety, efficiency and continuous improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Lead by example on health and safety, process adherence and team engagement.
• Manage shift handovers, resource planning and operational continuity.
• Support HR functions including RTWs, investigations and absence management.
• Drive performance against KPIs and support site-wide initiatives.
• Act as site lead on Sundays and during management absences.
