GXO is seeking an Assistant Warehouse Manager for our Greene King contract based in Greenford. This permanent, full-time role leads a high-performing team, deputises for the Warehouse Operations Manager, and ensures safe, compliant and efficient shift operations.

You will manage shifts, deliver service levels and KPIs, control stock from receipt to dispatch, and oversee costs in line with budgets. IOSH Managing Safely is required, with proven senior leadership in logistics.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in logistics or distribution.
• Proven ability to lead managers and large teams.
• Strong knowledge of health, safety and compliance requirements.

Responsabilités

• Overall accountability for site operations during shift.
• Lead Warehouse Shift Managers to meet service levels and KPIs.
• Oversee stock control from receipt to dispatch with accuracy.
• Manage operational costs in line with budgets (labour, agency, fleet).
• Deploy resources to match volume, throughput and service needs.
