Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop warehouse teams to achieve operational KPIs and service targets.
• Drive a strong health & safety culture through visible leadership and compliance with safe systems of work.
• Manage daily warehouse activities, ensuring resources are effectively deployed to meet customer requirements.
• Monitor team performance, attendance and productivity, taking appropriate action where required.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational projects across the site.
