Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. operates a shared user warehouse in Corby and is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader to oversee a shift-based operation, ensuring safe, efficient and high-quality performance. The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week, with a rotational pattern between 06:00–14:00 and 14:00–22:00.

Salary is £31,341.01 per annum plus a benefits package including pension and life assurance. The position requires leadership experience in warehousing, strong organisational and IT

Qualifications

• Previous leadership or team-leading experience within a warehouse environment.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to motivate and engage teams to deliver strong performance.
• Strong IT skills and comfort using warehouse systems.
• A proactive, flexible and resilient approach in a fast-moving operation.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and support your warehouse team to meet customer requirements and quality standards.
• Manage daily workloads, ensuring targets, KPIs and delivery deadlines are consistently achieved.
• Maintain accurate records, ensuring all paperwork, SOPs and system processes are followed.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues, customers and managers to support smooth operations.
• Ensure all health & safety, quality and compliance standards are adhered to.
