Job summary

Morrisons is seeking a Shift Manager to lead a fast-paced warehouse team, ensuring correct products are picked and sent on time. You will manage rotas, resources, budgets and deliver objectives while coaching Team Managers to drive performance and development.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Shift Manager or equivalent in a fast-paced Warehouse, Distribution or Logistics environment.
• Proven experience in a people management role with the ability to deliver strong results through a team.
• Ability to coach and encourage your team and help them explore opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Demonstrated the ability to problem solve, and implement process changes to improve operational performance.
• Experience of managing budgets and controlling costs.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills to engage, motivate and develop large teams with varying skill sets.
