Placements24 is seeking a Remote Warehouse Process Improvement Specialist to analyze and enhance warehouse workflows across facilities. The role emphasizes lean methodologies, data-driven decision making, and remote collaboration to elevate operational performance.

You will map current and future state processes, analyze data, develop ROI-focused business cases, and train staff on new procedures while ensuring sustained improvements across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, SCM, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in process improvement in logistics or warehouse.
• Experience with Lean or Six Sigma; certification is a plus.
• Strong analytical and communication skills for remote work.
• Proficiency in Visio and data analysis tools (Excel, Minitab).

Responsabilités

• Analyze warehouse processes to identify inefficiencies.
• Develop and implement process improvement initiatives (Lean/Six Sigma/Kaizen).
• Map current and future state processes for receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping.
• Collect and analyze data to measure performance.
• Develop business cases with ROI analysis.
• Collaborate with management to implement changes.
• Create training materials and conduct sessions.
