Job summary

INSPIRED Pet Nutrition is seeking a Warehouse Operative / FLT Driver for our Goods In team at Thirsk, North Yorkshire. This permanent role runs Monday to Thursday, 06:00-18:00, 48 hours per week. Salary £13.31/hour (£33,221/year). You’ll need own transport due to limited public routes to the factory.

The role involves supplying production, handling goods, unloading vehicles, and maintaining safe working practices. Onsite benefits apply.

Qualifications

Experience in a similar role within Manufacturing.
FLT / PED / PPT experience is desirable.
A good standard of education; demonstrates good literacy and numerical skills, able to understand, communicate and report clearly in English.

Responsibilities

Supply production with raw and packaging materials to maintain continuous production.
Move finished goods to Warehouse storage for dispatch.
Unload inbound vehicles and store materials after GRN generation.
Pick and assemble loads for dispatch and load outgoing vehicles as per paperwork.
Maintain safety and report any health and safety concerns.
Ensure FLT fleet is fit for purpose and report damage.
