INSPIRED Pet Nutrition is seeking a Warehouse Operative / FLT Driver at our Thirsk manufacturing site in North Yorkshire. The role operates Monday to Thursday, 06:00–18:00, with 48 contracted hours per week and a salary of £13.31 per hour (£33,221 per year).

The role focuses on receipting, storage and dispatch, ensuring safe processes and timely loading. It requires English literacy and numeracy, and FLT/PED/PPT experience is desirable for a hands-on, safety-conscious team.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar manufacturing role.
• FLT / PED / PPT experience is desirable.
• Good literacy and numeracy; clear communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Supply production with raw and packaging materials to maintain a continuous production programme.
• Locate finished goods into the Warehouse for storage until despatch.
• Unload incoming vehicles and rack materials following acceptance and GRN generation.
• Pick and assemble loads for dispatch and load outgoing vehicles as per paperwork.
• Work safely and follow health and safety policies at all times.
• Ensure FLT fleet is fit for purpose; report damage per procedure.
• Assist with training of colleagues and act as buddy to new staff.
