Job summary
CooperVision in Fareham is seeking a Warehouse Operator Level 3 (Trainer) to join our Distribution team on the night shift.
You will perform hands-on operations, train colleagues, and cover Team Leader when needed, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality processes. The role offers opportunities to lead training and contribute to continuous improvement.
Experience with ERP/WMS/WCS and Tableau is valued; you will work with the Training Coordinator to maintain training records.
Qualifications
- Understands fundamentals of Continuous Improvement.
- Can act as a key user for systems and processes.
- Good written and spoken English; basic numeracy.
- Role models company values and behaviours.
- Ability to support Team Leader and senior staff.
Responsibilities
- Operate across Delta Park with full autonomy across plant areas.
- Support Team Leader and Senior Operator during holidays/LOA.
- Troubleshoot process issues using ERP/WMS/WCS and Tableau.
- Provide training to operators using competency-based packs.
- Promote health and safety and maintain a safe working environment.
- Back-up for Team Leader when required.
