Job summary

CooperVision in Fareham, UK is hiring a Warehouse Operator Level 3 (trainer) to join the Distribution team on a rotating B shift. You will carry out complex tasks autonomously and serve as a trainer for your area, coordinating with the Training Coordinator to deliver effective training.

You will support the Team Leader when needed, troubleshoot with ERP/WMS/WCS and Tableau, promote safety, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to maintain high performance and service levels.

Qualifications

• Performs complex tasks with autonomy.
• Acts as trainer and mentor to operators.
• Ensures compliance with training standards.
• Supports safety and housekeeping best practices.

Responsibilities

• Operates across plant areas with autonomy and handles complex tasks.
• Trains operators and coordinates with Training Coordinator.
• Supports Team Leader during holidays or LOA.
• Troubleshoots process issues using ERP/WMS/WCS and Tableau.
• Promotes continuous improvement initiatives to improve service levels.
