Job summary

CooperVision in Fareham is seeking a Warehouse Operator Level 3 (trainer) for the on-site B shift. You will perform a high variety of tasks autonomously and act as a reference for the plant, backing up Team Leaders when needed.

As a designated area trainer, you will monitor training delivery with the Training Coordinator, support complex processes, and promote continuous improvement while ensuring safety and quality in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Ability to work autonomously across plant areas.
• Designated trainer for area of expertise.
• Basic English written/spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Operate across plant areas with autonomy.
• Handle complex tasks per procedures and work instructions.
• Back-up Team Leader during holidays/LOA.
• Train operators using competency packs; update training records.
• Address system issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Promote health and safety and maintain safe working environment.
