Job summary

Clockwork Organisation Limited is seeking a Warehouse Operator to join a manufacturing warehouse team. The role covers stock sorting, picking/packing, and coordinating loading for dispatch.

The successful candidate will have warehouse experience, basic computer skills, and a preferred but not essential Counterbalance FLT licence. The package includes career-enhancing salary progression and modern facilities.

The Role

Warehouse Operator required to work as part of a Warehouse team in a manufacturing environment. The role will involve all aspects of the material handling operation including sorting of stock, picking and packing of goods, and arranging/loading transport for dispatch.

Responsibilities

• Receipting, putting away, moving, checking, issuing and storing incoming goods efficiently, with the use of ticketing systems, handheld bar code scanners and/or computers.
• Unloading of vehicles using mechanical handling equipment i.e., FLT or PED trucks as requested.
• Picking and delivering material for internal customers (manufacturing departments).
• Picking, packing, kitting and labelling of goods.
• Collate and process orders in readiness for shipping.

The candidate

The successfully appointed Warehouse Operator will have the following skills and abilities:

• Background working in a warehouse environment.
• A basic working understanding of computers.
• It would be an advantage to hold a Counterbalance FLT licence but not essential (preference to those with Aislemaster/Bendi truck).

The Package
