Job summary

Barker Ross Group is recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to join a busy logistics operation in Banbury, OX16. The role involves picking orders, using handheld scanners, and loading/unloading deliveries.

Full training will be provided; previous warehouse experience is useful but not essential. Induction day PPT training is provided; no PPT licence required. Working pattern is days, 6:00–18:00, 4on/4off.

Barker Ross are currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to join a busy logistics operation based in Banbury, OX16.

We are looking for reliable and hardworking people who are comfortable working in a fast paced warehouse environment. Previous warehouse experience is useful, but not essential, as full training will be provided.

Shift Pattern:

Days 6:00 - 18:00, 4on/ 4off

Pay Rate: £13.44 to £13.94p/h

Stable work all year around.

MHE Training and Development

Everyone who successfully completes the induction day will receive PPT training, so you do not need to already hold a PPT licence.
