Job summary

Gi Group UK is seeking a Warehouse Operative in Banbury (OX16) to join a global logistics leader. You will work across AM, PM and Night shifts with regular overtime, contributing to accurate handling and storage of goods.

The role demands energy, reliability and a proactive approach to quality. Responsibilities include packing, scanning, relabelling, and operating a manual pump truck, all while maintaining safety and cleanliness on site. On-site parking and a canteen are available.

Warehouse Operative

Banbury, OX16

Pay rate: £14.06 - £23.72

We are looking for Warehouse Operatives to join a global leader in the logistics and supply chain industry.

Warehouse Operative responsibilities:

• Working towards targets set
• High attention to detail
• Re-sleeving, Scanning, and re-labelling products.
• Use of manual pump truck
• Work with the team to ensure the workplace cleanliness is maintained
• Adhere to company health and safety standards.

Warehouse Operative required skills:

• Enthusiastic, reliable, and punctual
• Good attitude to work and learn new skills

Warehouse Operative Pay:

• AM Shift - £14.06
• PM shift - £14.06 + £10.75 shift bonus per day (equivalent £15.49 per hour)
• Night shift - £14.06 + £19.69 shift bonus per day (equivalent £16.69 per hour)
• Overtime Rate - £21.09 per hour if over 37.5 hours per week has been completed + shift bonus allowance for PM, Night shift

Warehouse Operative Shifts available:

• AM Shift - Monday - Friday (07:00 - 15:00)
• PM Shift - Monday - Friday (15:00 - 23:00)
• Night Shift - Sunday - Thursday (23:00-07:00)

From 1st of January the basic rate will revert back to £13.56 per hour PLUS shift bonus.

Please ensure you are able to travel to Banbury OX16 and can work full time before applying. You will also be standing for long periods due to the nature of the role.
