Job summary

Barker Ross Group is recruiting Warehouse Operatives for a busy logistics operation in Banbury (OX16). No prior warehouse experience is required as full training will be provided, with inductions leading to PPT training.

The role involves night shifts (18:00-06:00) on a 4 on/4 off pattern and relies on reliable, hardworking candidates to handle fast-paced picking and loading tasks. Candidates will use handheld scanners to select orders, with training available to operate them competently.

Barker Ross are currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to join a busy logistics operation based in Banbury, OX16. We are looking for reliable and hardworking people who are comfortable working in a fast paced warehouse environment. Previous warehouse experience is useful, but not essential, as full training will be provided.

Shift Pattern:

NIGHTS 18:00 - 06:00, 4on/ 4off

Pay Rate: £14.44 to £14.94

Stable work all year around.

MHE Training and Development

Everyone who successfully completes the induction day will receive PPT training, so you do not need to already hold a PPT licence.
