Job summary

Barker Ross Group is recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join a leading UK food service company based in Bicester (OX26). This role is in a chilled warehouse environment with vegetables, and reliability and teamwork are essential.

Shifts are Monday to Thursday, 6:00–16:00 (10 hours). Pay is £14.04 per hour with weekly pay. We value diversity and welcome applications from all backgrounds; adjustments can be discussed if needed.

• Paper-based order picking using a clipboard
• Packing customer orders accurately
• Replenishing stock
• Loading and unloading deliveries
• Operating a pump truck
• Carrying out general warehouse duties as required
