Job summary

The Best Connection Group Limited is recruiting a Warehouse Operative in Grays for immediate starts. You will operate a Counterbalance FLT, pick and pack orders, wrap pallets, and assist with loading and unloading. A DBS check is part of induction and on-site parking is available.

Temp-to-perm opportunities offer stability after probation. Hours are 7am–4pm, Monday to Friday. You will join a busy warehouse team and contribute to accuracy, safety, and timely order fulfilment in a fast-paced

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate Counterbalance FLT to pick orders.

Warehouse Operative with Counterbalance FLT Immediate starts!

The Best Connection are currently recruiting a Warehouse Operatives on behalf of our client based in Grays. This is an excellent temp-to-perm opportunity to join a busy warehouse team within a well-established business. If you're reliable, hardworking, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd like to hear from you.

Key Duties

• Use Counterbalance FLT in wahouse to pick orders
• Accurately pick and pack customer orders to meet daily deadlines.
• Wrap pallets of stock using pallet-wrapping machines.
• Load and unload vehicles
• Receive goods inwards and accurately check product lines and quantities.
• Follow instructions from Team Leaders, Supervisors, and Managers.
• Work safely at all times while adhering to health and safety procedures and company standards
• Ability to work at height

About You

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Be comfortable handling wine and spirits products.
• Happy to do Heavy Lifting and comfortable with walking, standing, bending, lifting, pushing, and pulling throughout your shift.
• Be a reliable team player
• Be comfortable working at height and not afraid of elevated working areas.
• Have excellent attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and customer satisfaction.
• Be committed to maintaining high standards of quality, health and safety, and safe working practices.
• Demonstrate honesty, respect, accountability, flexibility, and a strong work ethic.
• Hold CB FLT Licence
