The Best Connection is seeking a Warehouse Operative / Counterbalance FLT Driver for an ongoing temporary role with a path to permanent. You will pick, pack and re-label goods, and operate a counterbalance forklift to move stock in a busy warehouse.

Must hold a valid Counterbalance FLT licence and have warehouse experience. The role runs Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00, offering £13.00 per hour and a temp-to-perm opportunity for the right candidate.

Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative / Counterbalance FLT Driver to join our team, handling carrier bags and packaging products for distribution.

The role involves picking, packing, re-boxing and re-labelling goods, ensuring all products are accurately prepared and packaged to a high standard. The successful candidate will also operate a counterbalance forklift truck to support daily warehouse operations.

A valid Counterbalance FLT licence is essential for this position.

This is an ongoing temporary role with the opportunity to become permanent for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Picking, packing and preparing carrier bags and packaging products for distribution.
