The Best Connection Group Limited is recruiting a Warehouse Operative with a FLT Counterbalance licence in the Elstree area. You will work in the warehouse and goods-in department, handling loading/unloading, picking and packing items, and using in-house computer systems to track stock.

This full-time role includes consistent hours, training provided, and progression opportunities. Pay is £12.71 per hour PAYE, with a trial period leading to a competitive salary and potential permanent placement.

Warehouse Operative / FLT Counterbalance

Our friendly well-known client based in Elstree, are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative who holds a FLT Counterbalance to join their team and work within the warehouse and goods-in department of the company. Full time hours available and training provided.Full time role availableafter completing trial period.

Warehouse Operative / FLT Counterbalance Main duties will include:

• Offloading and Loading using forklift counterbalance
• Picking and packing of welding items
• Using computer systems in house

Warehouse Operative / FLT Counterbalance Experience required:

• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to use computer systems
• FLT Counterbalance licence
• Able to prioritise own workload

Warehouse Operative / FLT Counterbalance Hours of Work:

• Monday - Thursday 08:30to 17:30
• Friday -08:30to 16:00
• 1 hour lunch break - unpaid

Warehouse Operative / FLT Counterbalance Pay Rates:

• All hours worked Monday to Friday are paid at £12.71 per hour PAYE
• After Temp-to-Perm trial period, competitive salary will be available
