People Solutions are recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join our well-established client based in Rugby, Warwickshire. This is a fantastic opportunity offering excellent hourly rates, weekly pay, and genuine opportunities for long-term career progression.

This position is ideal for applicants looking for a Picker Packer, Order Picker or Warehouse Assistant. Shift is Monday to Friday, 06:00 to 14:00, with overtime available.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Operating LLOP equipment safely and effectively.
• Carrying out stock control and regular stock checks.
• Receiving, checking, and booking in deliveries (goods in).
• Preparing and labelling goods ready for dispatch.
• Moving and organising stock within the warehouse.
• Ensuring all items are stored correctly and safely.
• Following all health and safety guidelines at all times.
• Using handheld scanners and other warehouse equipment as required.
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment.

Rates of Pay:

£13.08 -£19.62 per hour

Day-to-Day Duties:
