Job summary

RE Resource Group in Evesham is seeking a Warehouse Operative on a full-time temporary basis due to increased demand. You will manage goods-in/out, picking, packing, and stock movement, with a proactive, independent approach and good computer literacy. Weekly pay and a potential path to permanent placement are offered.

The role is based in Evesham, with a 36.5-hour week, Monday to Friday, paying £12.71–£13.00 per hour, and a view to ongoing temporary work.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or stores experience.
• Good communication skills and a strong team-player mentality.
• A proactive and enthusiastic approach to work.
• The ability to work independently and use their own initiative.
• Good computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Completing goods-in and goods-out activities, including picking and packing.
• Carrying out assembly and rework of products.
• Supporting the movement and consolidation of stock.
• Ensuring the warehouse is kept clean, organised and running efficiently.
• Completing general warehouse duties to ensure goods are received and dispatched correctly and on time.

Our client, a well-established business within the manufacturing industry, based in Evesham, has an exciting new opportunity for a Warehouse Operative to join their team on a full-time temporary basis due to increased demand.

The successful Warehouse Operative should have:
