Job summary

Omnia Resourcing Ltd is recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join a brand-new site in Rugby. The role offers training from day one with progression to a High Level Order Picker (HLOP) operator and potential permanent appointment after a qualifying period.

The position is on the AM shift, with 5 out of 6 pattern and opportunities to develop skills in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Candidates must be reliable and able to work as part of a team.

Qualifications

• No previous warehouse experience required; full training provided.
• Must be reliable, motivated and able to work as part of a team.
• Willing to learn and be trained to operate a High Level Order Picker (HLOP).

Responsibilities

• Unloading vehicles onto conveyors.
• Carrying out general warehouse duties and manual handling tasks.

We are currently recruiting motivated and reliable Warehouse Operatives to join the warehouse team. This role offers the opportunity to be fully trained as a High Level Order Picker (HLOP) Operator, making it ideal for candidates looking to develop new skills and progress within a modern warehouse environment.

Hourly Rates and Shift

Key Responsibilities as a Warehouse Operative:

• Unloading vehicles onto conveyors.
• Carrying out general warehouse duties and manual handling tasks.
• Supporting warehouse operations to ensure efficient workflow.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
• Undertaking training to become a High Level Order Picker (HLOP) Operator.

Requirements as a Warehouse Operative:

• No previous warehouse experience required - full training provided.
• Comfortable working at heights.
• Willing to learn and be trained to operate a High Level Order Picker (HLOP).
• Physically fit and able to undertake manual handling duties.
• Reliable, motivated, and able to work as part of a team.
• Own transport is essential due to limited public transport links to the site.
