People Solutions is hiring a Warehouse Operative in Rugby, Warwickshire. The role covers picking, packing, and stock control with on-site parking and weekly pay.

Shifts run Sunday to Thursday, 22:00–06:00, with overtime available. This is a long-term opportunity with room for progression in a well-established company.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Operating LLOP equipment safely and effectively
• Carrying out stock control and regular stock checks
• Receiving, checking, and booking in deliveries
• Preparing and labelling goods ready for dispatch
• Moving and organising stock throughout the warehouse
• Ensuring all items are stored correctly and safely
• Following all health and safety procedures
• Using handheld scanners and other warehouse equipment as required
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment

People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join our well-established client based in Rugby, Warwickshire.

This is a fantastic opportunity offering excellent hourly rates, weekly pay, and genuine opportunities for long-term career progression.

This would suit applicants who have worked as an Order Picker, Goods in Operative or Warehouse Assistant.

Rates of Pay:

• £16.35 per hour
• £24.53 per hour overtime rate

Shift Pattern:

• Sunday to Thursday
• 22:00 to 06:00
