Howdens in Hemel Hempstead is hiring a Warehouse Person to join a busy depot. You will unload deliveries, check stock and maintain stock accuracy while adhering to safety standards.

Qualifications

• A valid forklift licence is desirable.
• Good understanding of stock control and health and safety.

Responsibilities

• Unloading deliveries and checking stock in line with health and safety standards.
• Carrying out daily checks on forklift trucks and equipment.
• Ensuring stock is secure and prepared for dispatch.
• Completing regular stock checks and maintaining accurate records.
• Keeping the warehouse clean, organised and efficient through stock rotation.
• Supporting trade customers with a professional and helpful service.
