GXO Logistics, Inc. in Leyland is seeking a Warehouse Operative - Reach Truck Driver to join the team. This permanent role requires working any 5 days out of 7, between 06:00 and 14:00, in a busy distribution environment.

You will drive a reach truck, pick orders, and operate the warehouse management system while adhering to safety policies. The position offers benefits, pension, and development opportunities through GXO University.

• Experience driving MHE, specifically reach trucks.
• Previous warehouse experience required.
• Flexibility to cover peak seasons.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

• Our Warehouse Operatives work in a chilled environment and support in the picking of customer orders
• You’ll operate manual handling equipment in a safe manner
• You will utilise the warehouse management system and ‘pick by voice’ equipment
• Ensure that all health & safety practices are followed in line with company policies

What you need to succeed at GXO:

• Experience driving MHE - Reach Truck
• Experience working in a warehouse environment is necessary
• Flexibility in your approach – we do have peak seasons!
