Job summary

GXO Logistics in Rugby (CV23 0WB) is seeking a full-time Warehouse Operative with MHE counterbalance and reach experience. You will operate counterbalance and reach trucks, load and unload stock, and perform goods in/out and order preparation.

Working any 5 out of 7 from 14:00 to 22:00, the role offers a salary from £26,275.08 plus a £150 monthly MHE allowance, 28 days’ annual leave, a company pension, access to GXO University, and employee support services.

Qualifications

• Experience operating MHE – counterbalance and reach trucks.
• Excellent communicator, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work to Health and Safety policies.
• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse operation.

Responsibilities

• Safe operation of counterbalance and/or reach truck forklift.
• Loading/unloading and movement of stock across the warehouse.
• Picking, packing and order preparation accurately.
• Goods in/out and stock support processing.
• Daily equipment checks and reporting any issues.

What you will do on a typical day:

• Safe operation of counterbalance and / or reach truck Forklift
• Loading / unloading and movement of stock across the warehouse.
• Picking, packing and order preparation accurately
• Goods in/out and processing and stock support
• Daily equipment checks and reporting any issues

What you need to succeed at GXO:

• Experience of driving MHE – counterbalance and reach truck
• Excellent communicator both verbal and written
• Ability to work to GXO Health and Safety policies
• Previous experience in a fast-paced warehouse operation
