Job summary

GXO is hiring a Warehouse Operative for the Jollyes site in Middlewich, United Kingdom. This is a full-time, permanent role offering 40 hours per week with rotating shifts from 06:00–14:00 and 14:00–22:00.

You will perform warehousing duties such as picking, packing, goods receipt, unloading, and dispatching, operate MHE like Reach and Counterbalance trucks, and support stock control and site maintenance. Benefits include 30 days leave, pension, and access to the Hapi app.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse/industrial environment.
• Valid Reach and Counterbalance licences.
• Experience with LLOP and PPT licences.

Responsibilities

• Picking, packing, stock relocation, goods receipt, unloading vehicles, and dispatching to a high standard.
• Operate warehouse equipment and perform manual handling; experience with MHE including Reach Truck, Counterbalance, LLOP, PPT.
• Maintain a safe, efficient, and organised warehouse; support stock control and general site maintenance.

What you'll be doing on a typical day:

• Carry out a variety of warehouse duties, including picking, packing, stock relocation, goods receipt, unloading vehicles, and dispatching products to a high standard
• Operate warehouse equipment and perform manual handling tasks, with experience using MHE, including Reach Truck, Counterbalance, LLOP, and PPT equipment
• Maintain a safe, efficient, and organised warehouse, supporting stock control, stocktaking, housekeeping, and general site maintenance activities
• Follow all health and safety procedures, company policies, and operational standards, while working effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment and shift-based role

What you need to succeed at GXO:

• Experience of working within a warehouse/relevant industrial experience and shift work
  A Reach and Counterbalance Licence
  Experience of LLOP and PPT/Licence
