• Moving and organising stock within the warehouse.
• Ensuring stock is stored correctly and safely.
• Using hand-held scanners and warehouse equipment where required.
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment.
• Following all Health & Safety procedures at all times.

Warehouse Operative / Picker Packer - Raunds

People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative / Picker Packer to join our well‑established client based in Raunds, Northamptonshire.

This is a fantastic opportunity offering excellent rates of pay, a fixed PM shift, weekly pay, ongoing work and genuine long‑term career progression.

This role would suit candidates with experience as a Warehouse Operative, Picker Packer, Order Picker, Warehouse Assistant or Goods In Operative.

UP TO £19.91 PER HOUR FIXED PM SHIFT MONDAY TO FRIDAY NO WEEKENDS IMMEDIATE STARTS

Shifts

• Monday to Friday
• 12:00pm - 8:30pm
• Fixed PM shift
• No weekend work
• Ongoing work available
• Immediate starts available

Rates of Pay

• £13.27 per hour - 12:00pm to 7:00pm
• £17.05 per hour - 7:00pm to 8:30pm
• £19.91 per hour - overtime after 40 hours worked per week

Day‑to‑Day Duties
