Job summary

People Solutions are recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join our client in Swindon on a full-time temporary basis. The role involves picking and packing, preparing orders for dispatch, loading and unloading, stock checks and keeping a clean, safe warehouse.

Two shift patterns are available (AM and PM) with early starts and an emphasis on teamwork, accuracy and meeting daily targets. Full training is provided and there are ongoing development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience is desirable.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Reliable, hardworking and punctual.
• Able to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing goods accurately and efficiently.
• Preparing orders for dispatch.
• Loading and unloading goods as required.
• Moving stock safely around the warehouse.
• Carrying out stock checks and basic documentation.
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe work area.
• Working closely with colleagues to meet daily targets.
• Following all health and safety procedures and company guidelines.

People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join our well-established client based in Swindon on a full-time temporary basis.

Shifts

AM Shift

• Monday - Thursday: 06:00am - 1:30pm
• Friday: 06:00am - 12:40pm

PM Shift

• Monday - Thursday: 1:30pm - 9:30pm
• Friday: 12:40pm - 5:00pm

Day-to-Day Duties

As a Warehouse Operative, your duties will include (but are not limited to):
