Job summary

Medik8 is seeking a Warehouse Operative to join our team in Aylesbury. The role focuses on accurate picking/packing, stock replenishment, and ensuring orders reach customers on time. The position is site-based, Monday to Friday, 14:00-22:30, with a 6-month fixed-term contract.

Responsibilities include supporting Production and Blending, system integrations with new customers, and maintaining GMP and safety standards. Overtime is available at 1.5x rate.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse environment and/or FMCG warehouse.
• Strong attention to detail with good numerical skills.
• Experience quality control checking standards during picking/packing.
• Punctual and friendly personality.
• Strong IT skills are required.
• COSH Experience and MHE Knowledge are desirable but not essential.
• Organised, articulate and methodical, able to work under pressure with attention to detail.
• FLT Licence is desirable but not essential.

• Assist Production and Blending in picking finished products.
• Support integration with new systems and customers.
• Efficient picking and packing of stock; complete related administrative tasks.
• Minimise stock outs through low level stock reporting.

We have an exciting new opportunity to join our Warehouse Team here at Medik8!

The purpose of the Warehouse Operative role is to ensure B2B and D2C orders are always sent on time and at the highest standards. The role of the warehouse operative is varied and will include tasks such as order picking and packing, stock replenishment, inbounding goods, and production/blending material picking/quality checking.

Please note, this role will be site based, Monday to Friday - 14:00-22:30

For this opportunity we are offering up to £27,000, with the potential for additional overtime paid at 1.5x per hour.

This is a 6 month fixed term contract.

In more detail your role will include:

• The smooth processing of all B2B and D2C orders, ensuring they reach the customer on time.

• Supporting Production and Blending departments in picking our finished products prior to reaching consumers.

• Supporting the integration with new systems and customers.

• Being responsible for efficient picking and packing of stock and completing the
  administrative duties related to this.

• Minimising stock outs through low level stock reporting.

• Ensuring GMP and the highest cleanliness standards are maintained at all times.

• Ensuring the company’s Health & Safety policy is maintained and adhered to at all
  times.

Requirements:

• Have experience working within a warehouse environment and/or within an FMCG manufacturing warehouse environment.

• Have strong attention to detail with efficient numerical skills.

• Experience quality control checking standards of products being produced throughout picking/packing processes.

• Are someone who is punctual and friendly.

• Strong IT skills.

• COSH Experience and MHE Knowledge, desirable not essential.

• Are someone organised, articulate and methodical with the ability to work under
  pressure paying strict attention to detail at all times.

• FLT Licence (desirable but not essential).
