Job summary

Medik8 is seeking a Production Operative to join our Production Team in the United Kingdom. The role supports manufacturing and packaging, ensuring quality and consistency across batches.

You will handle tasks such as batching, filling, capping, labelling, and quality checks in a hands-on, fast-paced environment. The shift is site-based, Monday to Friday, 06:00am–14:30pm, with a salary of £26,250 per year.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Excellent focus and attention to detail, with a commitment to quality.
• Be able to work as part of a team and on own initiative.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Guaranteeing all products are made to the very highest quality standards and as per product specification.
• Ensuring all processes including weight, volume, labelling, cartoning are done to the highest standard and never below specification.
• Operating various machines and production stations in line with procedures.
• Guaranteeing daily and periodic cleaning of the production facilities as required.
• Ensuring GMP and the highest cleanliness standards are maintained at all times.
• Ensuring the company’s Health & Safety policy is maintained at all times.

We have an exciting new opportunity to join our Production Team here at Medik8!

The purpose of the Production Operative role is to support the manufacturing and packaging of our award‑winning skincare products, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and consistency. This is a hands‑on and varied role, involving tasks such as batching, filling, capping, labelling, quality checking, and general production line support.

The ideal candidate will haveexceptional attention to detail, be hands‑on, methodical, a real team worker who enjoys a fast‑paced work day.

This role will be site‑based, Monday to Friday – 06:00am – 14:30pm.

For this opportunity, we are offering £26,250 per annum.

In more detail your role will include:

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or productionenvironment(preferred but not essential).

• Have strong English and Maths skills.

• Excellent focus and attention to detail, with a commitment to quality.

• Are organised, proactive and able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Have the ability to work under pressure, and to deadlines.
