Medik8, a British skincare brand, is hiring a site-based Forklift Driver in our Warehouse Team in England. You will handle picking, stock putaways, and GMP-compliant operations during the 14:00–22:30 shift, contributing to product availability and safe, efficient workflow.

We value accuracy, reliability, and a methodical approach; Flexi/Bendi certification and WMS experience are a plus. The role offers up to £13.84-£14.35 per hour with overtime at 1.5x.

We have an exciting new opportunity to join our high-performing Warehouse Team here at Medik8!

Are you a hard-working, reliable Forklift Driver looking to join a dynamic, science-led brand? At Medik8, we are searching for an experienced operator with outstanding attention to detail to help keep our warehouse running seamlessly. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining product availability, supporting inventory flow, and upholding the highest safety and cleanliness standards across our site.

Please note, this role will be site based, Monday to Friday - 14:00 - 22:30

For this opportunity we are offering up to £13.84ph - £14.35ph, with the potential for additional overtime paid at 1.5x per hour.

In more detail, your role will include:

• Accurate Picking: Completing accurate order picks using a forklift truck to support daily dispatch operations.

• Stock Putaways & Replenishment: Performing stock putaways efficiently and safely while replenishing inventory locations across the warehouse.

• Safety & GMP Compliance: Ensuring Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and strict cleanliness standards are maintained at all times.

• Health & Safety Adherence: Ensuring company Health & Safety policies are rigorously maintained and adhered to across all operational areas.

• Team Collaboration: Working collaboratively with warehouse team members and supervisors to hit daily throughput targets.

Essential Criteria (What you definitely need):

1. Forklift Operational Experience: Proven, hands-on experience operating forklift trucks in a fast-paced warehouse environment (experience with Flexi/Bendi trucks is highly preferred).

2. Precision & Accuracy: Demonstrable attention to detail and high accuracy in inventory handling, stock putaways, and order picking.

3. Safety & Standards Mindset: Strong commitment to upholding strict Health & Safety guidelines and maintaining clean, compliant work areas (GMP).

4. Work Ethic & Reliability: A dependable, proactive work ethic with the ability to consistently commit to the afternoon shift pattern (14:00 – 22:30).

5. Methodical Approach: Organised and articulate with the proven ability to perform methodically under volume pressure.

Desirable Criteria (The 'nice-to-haves'):

1. Flexi/Bendi Certification: Valid Flexi/Bendi articulated forklift qualification or license.

2. Systems Experience: Prior experience using hand scanners or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

3. Sector Experience: Background working within FMCG, cosmetics, food, or pharmaceutical manufacturing/warehousing environments.
