Impact Recruitment's client in Northampton is recruiting Warehouse Operatives for a long-term, permanent role at Swan Valley (NN4). Duties include unloading boxes, picking/packing clothing, sealing and labeling, and moving pallets. Full training is provided; night shift; immediate start.

Competenze

Mansioni

• Unloading boxes from conveyors onto pallets or courier vehicles.
• Picking and packing clothing items for dispatch.
• Seal, label and prepare boxes for despatch.
• Move pallets using pump truck and handle loads up to 20kg.
• Enter load quantities and courier names into the PC spreadsheet.
• Maintain high hygiene and housekeeping standards across shifts.

Pay

£16.52 per hour up to 40 hours (paid 30 Minute lunch) with overtime paid at an enhanced rate.

• 10pm - 6am / Monday - Friday

Job Duties & Person Spec

• Previous experience working in a warehouse would be an advantage, but full training is provided.
• Unloading boxes on the conveyor onto courier vehichles or onto pallets.
• Picking and packing of clothing.
• Seal boxes and label them.
• Move pallets using Pump Truck.
• Manual Handling boxes up to 20kgs and labelling for despatch.
• Inputing load quantities and courier name onto spreadsheet on PC.
• Perform housekeeping duties to ensure high hygiene levels for all shifts.
• Good attention for detail and accuracy is required.
• Ability to work alone or as part of a team.
• Multi-skilled across goods in/out, dispatch, VAS returns and pick / pack departments.
