Impact Recruitment Services is recruiting Warehouse Operatives for a leading global clothing brand at their Northampton distribution centre in Swan Valley, NN4. This long-term role offers ongoing work with the potential to become permanent, a relaxed environment, casual dress, and no safety boots or hi-vis required.

Responsibilities

• Unloading boxes from conveyors onto courier vehicles or pallets
• Picking and packing clothing items accurately
• Sealing boxes and applying labels ready for dispatch
• Moving pallets using a pump truck
• Manual handling of boxes weighing up to 20kg and preparing orders for dispatch
• Entering load quantities and courier details onto spreadsheets using a PC
• Maintaining a clean and tidy working environment throughout each shift
• Demonstrating good attention to detail and accuracy
• Working effectively both independent and as part of a team
• Being flexible and multi‑skilled across goods in/out, dispatch, VAS, returns and picking and packing departments

PAY:

• £12.71 per hour for hours worked between 07:00-18:00, with all 40 hours paid, including a 30-minute lunch break
• £14.62 per hour for hours worked between 18:00-22:00 (enhanced evening rate)
• £19.07 per hour overtime rate after 40 hours worked
• £25.42 per hour for overtime worked after 12:00pm on Saturdays and on Sundays, after 40 hours worked

HOURS:

You MUST be able to work all shifts within the rotating pattern.

• Week 1 - 07:00-15:00, Monday to Friday (no weekends)
• Week 2 - 07:00-15:00, Monday to Saturday, with one weekday off
• Week 3 - 14:00-22:00, Monday to Friday (no weekends)
