Job summary

Aligra Cardiff is seeking a Warehouse Operative for night shifts in Cardiff. This part-time role offers flexible hours, with night shifts starting at 02:00 and daytime slots also available. You will join a friendly team in a fast-growing logistics environment.

The position requires physical fitness for handling parcels up to 25kg and a commitment to safety and efficiency. Prior warehouse experience is helpful but not essential, with emphasis on reliability and team spirit.

Responsibilities

• Sort parcels accurately by destination to ensure timely deliveries in Cardiff and beyond.
• Safely lift and manoeuvre parcels up to 25kg following manual handling guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organised work area to support smooth operations and health & safety compliance.
• Adhere strictly to health and safety protocols at all times.
• Report operational issues promptly to your supervisor to help maintain quality standards.
