Aligra Cardiff is seeking a Warehouse Operative for part-time day shifts in Cardiff with flexible hours. You will help sort and handle parcels, contributing to timely deliveries in a busy logistics environment.

You’ll gain practical experience in the logistics industry, work with a friendly team, and enjoy a role that keeps you active and on the move, with shifts starting in the afternoon and pay structured by time of night/day.

Your key responsibilities:

• Accurately sort parcels by destination to ensure timely delivery

• Ability to start shifts at 15:00 and work flexible, part-time hours
• Good physical fitness for safe handling of parcels up to 25kg
• Previous warehouse or parcel sorting experience preferred but not essential
