Job summary

Winner Recruitment is seeking a Night Shift Warehouse Operative in Bridgend to load/unload, sort and scan parcels efficiently. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity after a successful 12 weeks, with pay from £13 to £13.70 per hour. The role is based on-site at Western Ave, Bridgend CF31 3RH.

Initial rate is £13 for 12 weeks, rising to £13.70/hour thereafter. Shift pattern is Sunday AM with a 00:30 start, offering full training and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Duties include loading/unloading parcels, sorting and scanning into cages.
• Ability to work as part of a team and stay reliable with good timekeeping.
• Willingness to learn use of handheld terminal for scanning.

Responsibilities

• Unloading parcels from a trailer.
• Placing parcels onto a conveyor belt.
• Scanning and sorting parcels of all sizes and weights.
• Working efficiently within a team.
• Ensuring accurate scanning with the handheld terminal.
• Completing relevant paperwork accurately.
• Keeping work areas clean and tidy.

As a Night ShiftWarehouse Operative,you will be responsible for loading and unloading vehicles, sortation and scanning of parcels into cages/collars.

This is a greatTemp to Permopportunity after a successful 12 weeks of service, with competitive rates of pay from £13 - £13.70per hour.

A Night Shift Warehouse Operative; rate of pay as follows:
