Job summary

Bidfood UK is seeking a Warehouse Operative for night shifts at our Bedford site. You will work Sundays to Thursdays, 17:30 to 03:30, preparing customer orders across ambient, chilled and frozen zones. Accurate picking, safe loading, and on-time delivery readiness are essential.

You’ll join a collaborative team, stay active throughout the night, and use voice-picking tech to ensure orders are correct. Training is provided, and flexibility is key to success.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, overnight warehouse.
• Experience with voice-picking technology is beneficial.

Play an important part in our journey

As a Warehouse Operative on our night shift, you'll work across our ambient, chilled and frozen warehouse environments, helping to prepare customer orders ready for delivery.

Working as part of a dedicated and supportive team, you'll help ensure our drivers leave on time with the right products in the right place, so our customers receive the excellent service they expect.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where you'll stay active throughout your shift while playing a key part in keeping our operation running smoothly overnight.

What you'll be doing

• Picking customer orders accurately using voice technology headsets
• Loading vehicles ready for delivery
• Organising and storing products safely and correctly
• Using warehouse equipment safely, with full training provided

What we're looking for
