Quest Employment Ltd. is recruiting on behalf of a client in Banbury for Warehouse Operatives on a temporary basis. The role involves picking, packing, loading, unloading, and preparing orders with emphasis on accuracy and speed.

Regular shifts with overtime opportunities are available to suit your schedule. Shifts include morning, afternoon and night with hourly pay of £14.06, plus available shift bonuses and enhanced overtime rates.

We are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives for our client based in Banbury. This is a great opportunity for reliable and hardworking individuals looking for temporary work with regular shifts and overtime opportunities.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Picking and packing customer orders accurately.
• Loading and unloading deliveries.
• Moving stock around the warehouse.
• Preparing orders for dispatch.
• Checking products for accuracy and quality.
• Maintaining a clean and organised working area.
• Following warehouse procedures and meeting daily targets.

Shift Patterns and Pay

Morning Shift

• Hours: 7am-3pm
• Pay: £14.06 per hour

Afternoon Shift

• Hours: 3pm-11pm
• Pay: £14.06 per hour + £10.75 daily shift bonus

Night Shift

• Hours: Sunday-Thursday, 11pm-7am
• Pay: £14.06 per hour + £19.69 daily shift bonus

Additional Pay Information

• Shift bonuses apply when working more than 4 hours on the relevant shift.
• Overtime is paid at £21.09 per hour after completing more than 40 hours in a week.
