TradeChoice Carpet & Flooring in Birmingham is seeking a Warehouse Operative - Nights to join our team. You will support day-to-day warehouse operations during the night shift (6pm–3am) and help ensure accurate stock handling.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading deliveries, managing stock checks, maintaining safety, and working as part of a friendly, supportive team. A forklift licence is essential and prior warehouse experience is advantageous.

We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative - Nights to join the team at our Birmingham branch.

Please note this is to cover our night shifts covering 6 pm - 3am

This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a hardworking and friendly team, supporting the smooth running of day-to-day warehouse operations.

Key responsibilities

Support general day-to-day warehouse operations
Managing stock inventory and performing stock checks
Loading and unloading deliveries
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment in line with health and safety guidelines
Valid forklift licence is essential (counterbalance or reach)
Ability to carry out manual handling duties
Good understanding of Health and Safety regulations
Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
Previous warehouse experience is an advantage
