Culina Group is hiring Day Warehouse Operatives for its Telford site. The role operates on a 4_on 4_off days pattern from 06:00 to 18:00, with a basic salary of £25,445.42 per year.

The position includes a Banked Hours Scheme and several annual payments for attendance, hours, reach truck, and counterbalance equipment. Successful applicants will handle loading/unloading via PPT, scan pallets with RF Gun, and move goods within a chilled warehouse at 2–5 degrees.

Qualifications

• Experience operating ride-on powered pallet trucks preferred.
• Understanding of verbal and numerical reasoning.
• Conscientious and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading pallets using PPT.
• Loading and unloading different trailers using RF Gun to scan pallets.
• Moving pallets to allocated locations in the warehouse.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with Banked Hours Scheme.

We are looking for Day WarehouseOperatives to join our team in Telford on a permanent and full time basis.

Shift: 4ON 4OFF Days - 06:00am-18:00pm.

Salary: £25,445.42 basic per annum.

• £1000 attendance bonus per annum
• £1500 annual banked hours payment per annum
• £500 Reach truck payment per annum
• £250 Counterbalance and MEWP payment per annum.

Your job duties will include but not limited to the following:

• The shift patterns above operateon a Banked Hours Scheme.
• This role includes but is not limited to:
• Loading and unloading pallets using ride on powered pallet truck (PPT)
• Loading and unloading different type of trailers using RF GUN – to scan pallets
• Moving pallets throughout the warehouse and allocating them to relevant locations
• This is a very engaging role due to the fast-paced nature of our operation.

• Ability to work within a chilled environment of 2-5 degrees
• Able to work to targets within a fast-paced environment
• MHE experience advantageous but not essential.
• Understanding of verbal and numerical reasoning
• Conscientious and reliable nature
